Bronchial carcinoids are rare, well differentiated, tumors of neuroendocrine origin, have central location 85% of cases, the standard of care the carcinoid tumors has been surgical resection. Various interventional bronchoscopic techniques are available for the treatment of intraluminal carcinoid. We describe the case of a patient with a huge endobronchial typical carcinoid, which was treated successfully with endoscopic resection with argon plasma coagulation and electrosurgery.
