Pulmonary angiosarcoma is a very infrequent and agressive tumor which is usually metastatic in origen.
A 52 years old women case is presented. She complaint of shortness of breath, chest paín, hemoptysis, pleural effusion and progressive alveolar infiltrates. The pathology was diagnostic with pulmonary angiosarcoma. Review of the medical literature is presented.
