      Patient, man of 7 4 years o/d with two months-dry cough. Smoking antecedents of 18 packages per year. Thorax radiography with a tomography confirmation reveals nodular image with irregular contours in the basal segment of the left bottom fabule. Hystopathologic result Adenomatous Hyperplasia Atypical of the lung.
