Microscopic Polyangiitis is one of the vasculitic pulmonary disorders; although an uncommon entity this is a cause of massive alveolar hemorrhage in patients. In a lot of cases, only the histopathologic analysis allows a correct diagnosis and proper management. This is a clinical case of microscopic polyangiitis from San Ignacio University Hospital, with radiological, immunological and histopathological corroboration.
