Video-assisted chest surgery has developed greatly in the entire world over the past few years. Although there are no statistics, an increasing number of surgeries are being done in our country with this technique. This paper presents three cases of single-port pulmonary lobectomy, and thus contributes to the development of minimally-invasive chest surgery. It also shows that the results are as good as those obtained by surgeries done through two or three ports, which makes single-port surgery a very interesting option in chest surgery.
