Objetive describes the different radiological manifestations of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.

Material and methods review of the clinical, radiological and pathological findings of ten patients with diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory pesudotumor in santa clara hospital, bogotá from 1980 to 2003.

Results in five patients the disease presented as a parenchimal mass, with upper lobe predilections. In three patients it presented as a parenchimal consolidation, most frecuent in the upper lobes. In two patients it manifested as an endobronchial mass with secondary volume loss. The histology patterns showed a predominance of type iil (5 patients), type il was the next in presentation (3 patients) and the least frecuent was type il (2 patients).

Conclusions Our series of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor showed a consolidation and parenchimal mass, - localized in the upper lobules as the most frecuent presentations.
