A 75-year-old woman with a 3-month history of cough and chest CT scan with evidence of complete atelectasis of the right lung associated with pleural effusion with complementary studies where PCR and positive smear diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. She was taken to bronchoscopy, where scar membranes visualized complete stenosis of the right source of the bronchus.
